For the second time in six months, I made theLand and Son's chicken fingers. I give this recipe a 10 for delish and ease of cooking! Made a variation of the honey-mustard using Plain Greek yogurt and an 1/8 cup mayo. Have yet to find a recipe that beats these chicken fingers! Yumm!

Amazing chicken fingers! We don't fry foods very often, but when we do, this is a go to recipe! We serve them on top of crispy belgium waffles. Delicious!

Like this receipe. When I do not have buttermilk on hand I use ranch dressing and maybe add pepper. Actually I use peppercorn ranch dressing when I have on hand. They taste just as yummy.

Awesome recipe! I am a novice cook and love Ms. Paula Deen, so I'll try any recipe of hers--she has real recipes for real people, stuff anyone can make. This one turned out so very good--the batter was very crispy and light, and this was tasty, quick, and easy!

Love your shows and your family. Don't let the diabetes get you down and ignore the news media, when they are talking about you it gets you more attention and people are going to form their own opinions, anyway. I love your recipes and use them whenever I can. I am trying to convert my husband to food that has more ingredients than just salt and pepper. I am forever putting spices in whatever I cook and he never knows it unless I tell him. April 28, 2012. Hope you start making some new shows, we can't get the Cooking Channel so we suffer. Good luck with every endeavor. Love ya'

This is an absolutely fantastic recipe. I use the same technique for the chicken when making fried chicken. The honey mustard dressing is also delicious!

Hey Paula!! You're the best and will continue to be the queen of recipes and good food. Diabetes is a little challenge in your area of expertise however I don't think it will slow you down at all. Don't even pay attention to the news media - so you were eating a burger and they caught you. I am a nurse and can tell you I don't know one diabetic that doesn't deviate from their diet every now and then. Here's wishing you much success and don't change a thing!! except a little less sugar and carbs in your diet. Love, Cathie LaGrange

Hi Paula and staff, I just tried your recipe this evening as my family loves when I make chicken fingers. I wanted to follow the recipe to a tee, so rather than improvising on anything, I used all the ingredients and measured everything precisely. However, I found that the Paula Deen's House Seasoning to be overly salty, thus distracting me from the flavour of the chicken fingers. Are you sure that the proportions are correct? I never use more salt than pepper so maybe my taste buds aren't accustomed to that much salt. I asked my family how they liked it, and although they love chicken fingers, we would never use that much salt again. My regrets for sending this as I don't like to comment in a negative way. I always like to try out chicken finger recipes, but next time I will go with my gut instinct and not use that much salt. Take Care, all the best, Terri.
