The best sweet potato casserole recipe ever. I added mini marshmallows to the top as my daughter loves them and it just made it even better. Maybe a bit more like a dessert but I cannot normally get my 10 year old to eat vegetables and she loved this. This will become a dish I take to small group(church) meals. Thanks

Bobby, you've done a great job making your mom's recipes lite. I am able to lose some weight and not feel like I'm being cheated out of great tasting food. You are a genius at making these lighter dishes taste as good or better than the high calorie dishes.
