Servings: 24 small muffins or 12 large muffins
Cook Time: 30 min
Difficulty: Easy
2 cups self-rising flour
2 sticks butter, melted
1/2 pint sour cream
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Combine all ingredients and spoon into small, un-greased muffin tins. Bake for 20 to 30 minutes.

Have made these a number of times. Always turned out GREAT. One note of caution however, they melt in your mouth. Best make extras as you will need them.

I was really disappointed, I made these for Easter Sunday dinner and when I took them out of muffin tin they started falling a part. My family had a big laugh when they tried to pick them up and they fell apart in there hand. I don't know what happened. Sad!!!!

paula everything you do is wonderfull. my aunt and i just love to watch your shows and you make everyone feel like family. we love the recipe for the sour cream muffins. took those to a get together and everyone was slappin them selves they were a hit.

After dieting all week, my husband and I made a pot of chicken and noodles-comfort food. These little muffins were the perfect side dish. Now that we are carbed up and satisfied, we can restart our diets tomorrow, without the muffins-they are all gone!!!
