All I can say is I've found the best tasting pasta salad I've ever eaten. At first I thought the canned (I used jarred) mushrooms would be nasty in the salad. Who would have know they would be the star ingredient....tasty and addictive with just the right flavors coming together. I'm not an olive eater so I made the salad without....didn't miss anything! Will make this again and again for sure!
