1 can (16 oz) white kidney beans, rinsed and drained
1 garlic clove, minced
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 lemon, juiced
1 teaspoon Paula Deen Hot Sauce
1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
1 teaspoon Lady & Sons Salt Mix
Chopped chives for garnish
In the bowl of a food processor, combine the ingredients and pulse until smooth. Refrigerate until ready to serve. Garnish with chopped chives.Serve with crisp carrot sticks or toasted pita triangles.

Just made this and it is excellent! I used Franks red hot sauce and I used garlic salt and pepper which is what Paula Deans blend is! I highly recommend this recipe!

Love the Bean dip recipe, now I just have to find the beans in China. We don't have dips because there is no sour cream, cream cheese, or any cheese in our area. We have to travel 4 hours by bus to get butter and cheese sometimes we can get cream cheese I am learning to substitute. I enjoy your receipes, wish we could get you on TV here. I watch we we go home (Kennesaw Georgia) for holidays
