I made the Chicken Potpie. I made it in a big deep dish casserole, after the chicken, potatoes, carrots and sweet peas were all cooked in the cream of chicken soup. I poured the bisket mix over the cooked stew ,baked until golden in color. Aw ,man did my husband love it. Thank You. From the Happy Hubby an Wife. wink

We're ALL interested in preparing meals that are lower in calories. How bout you start posting these kinds of recipes? You can't prepare these high calorie meals night after night, unless you don't care about the health of your family. Based on the comments I'm reading on many of these recipes, I'm not alone in my opinion. We love you, Paula, and are so proud of your weight loss ... but let's be real ... you didn't lose all that weight by eating your rich, fattening recipes. Right? Well, you're not alone in your quest for a healthier lifestyle ... throw us a (lean) bone!

A stick of melted butter in the "Fast" chicken pot pie does not sound low cal to me! Thought I'd make it till I saw that.

This recipe is fabulous. I substituted the eggs with canned sliced white potatoes and everyone loves it. Seems to work best in a 2 QT 9X13 pan, otherwise I seem to have issue getting the topping done. Love, Love, Love this recipe.

This is the best and fastest chicken pot pie I have ever made. I freeze pulled chicken in 2 cup portions to make it a really fast weeknight dinner.

Though flavorful, this didn't turn out for me ... I never got the biscuit on top. It just mixed with the rest of the stuff, and the peas floated to the top while the biscuit was part of the filling. Definitely NOT my idea of a pot pie. I was very disappointed to present it to my family.

How do I go about logging in. Every time I try to log in it says that there is an error. Is it because I live in Canada, or am I doing something wrong. A Canadian Fan Jennifer

At what point in this receipe would you recommend to freeze it? I welcome receipes that I can freeze ahead of time and just put them in the oven. This one sounds wonderful. Can't wait to try it tonight.

This is awesome. I tripled the recipe for the 12 people to feed at the fire station and ended up with empty dishes. We did add some onions.
