Wedge Salad

Ingredients Add to grocery list

chopped green onions
1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese
1 cup cooked bacon, crumbled
1   head iceberg lettuce, cut into quarters
1   tomato, minced
blue cheese dressing


On each salad plate, place one wedge of lettuce turned on its side. Pour blue cheese dressing on wedge. Sprinkle with tomatoes, green onions, crumbled blue cheese, and crumble bacon.  Top with blue cheese dressing.

One of my favorite salads! Tastes much better with shaved red onion instead of green onion though.
