It was delish! I ran out of italian seasoning, so I seasoned the meat with Chef Paul's Poultry seasoning and some Season All.. plus a hint of sugar. The hubby is a big fan!

The whole family loved it and my kids who are super picky actually ate it with no complaints!!!! Amazing considering they wont ever eat spaghetti with meat in it.

What size casserole dish should be used?
By Anonymous on July 18, 2011
My fiancee loved it, and he is near impossible to please. Added canned mushrooms and had to use "pizza" cheese blend because thats as close as my grocery store got. turned out great. I would give it five stars but it came out quite dry around the edges. Probably should have used like an 8X8 pan not a 9X13, but the RECIPE should say that. would (and will) make again.

Tried this recipe earlier this week and my husband LOVED it... I did substitute with shell pasta though. Two thumbs up!!!

Baked spaghetti is one of my favorite dishes - i usually put provolone and mozzarella just on the top - and throw it under the broiler so it gets brown and bubbly - so yum!
By becky on April 13, 2011
hey Paula, This is so much better if you use shell pasta and put half in the baking dish, add the mozz, then put the other half and more mozz on top...It's yummy and I've been eating it since I was your grandson's age.
