Servings: 12-15 wings

3 lbs chicken wings
1 1/2 cups Paula Deen hot Sauce
1 1/2 tablespoons Cajun spice
1/2 tablespoons cayenne pepper
3/4 tablespoon garlic powder
Oil, for frying
Buffalo Sauce, recipe follows
Buffalo sauce
8 tablespoons softened butter
8 tablespoons Paula Deen hot sauce
Combine hot sauce, and Cajun spice, pepper and garlic powder. Mix well and cover wings. Let stand in refrigerator for 24 hours. Fry wings until crispy.
Buffalo sauce
Combine butter and hot sauce. Whisk until blended.

We made these for Super Bowl this year...tried coating them in flour after they marinated, then layed them on a cookie sheet, sprayed a little canola on them, & baked until they were crispy & brown. Without a doubt, the BEST hot wings we've ever made!! ThanX! Paula, we love you!

I am going to try this recipe tomorrow. It sounds easy and really good. I will be watching the Duel 125's at Daytona. Thank you for having such a user friendly website and awesome recipes. I have almost all of your cookbooks but the first one and have been to Tunica and went to see you when you appeared in Tunica. You are a wonderful cook and warm person as is all your family.
