This is very tasty. I used a rotisserie chicken because I was running short on time. My whole family loved it. Even my very picky 1 year old!

This was a great dish because it was such a different flavor, especially after all the traditional Thanksgiving food flavors. It was super quick and easy. I added an extra cup of turket and extra garlic and onion.

i don't like turkey and there are always leftovers. Made this recipe exactly as written except threw in the leftover cooked corn; was delicious! Did not even know you were eating turkey due to the lovely flavors mixed together. I would even attempt this recipe with ground turkey (which I really don't like). A keeper!
