I used to make a fruit tortilla for my son when he was just a boy. it was flour tortilla's with canned pie filling and a mixture of butter, water and cinnamon poured over the top and baked. I can not find the recipe and want to make it this week for about 100 seniors (I volunteer to cook for ev ery 2 weeks). I need help finding the mixture that gets poured over it before baking. My son, now deceased, would eat these by the pan full after school.PLEASE HELP
