Ingredients Add to grocery list

6 oz tilapia filet
½ tsp Paula Deen House Blend Seasoning
1 egg
1 tbsp water
½ cup flour
2 tbsp olive oil
¼ cup white wine
¼ lemon
3 tbsp Paula Deen Lemon Dill Butter


Clean and dry filet, Dust tilapia with Paula Deen Seasoning, then place in flour dip in egg wash (egg and water whisked together). Heat olive oil in skillet and sauté fish for 2-3 minutes, on each side. Degrease pan and deglaze with white wine, reduce by ½ and add juice from lemon then whisk in Paula Deen Lemon Dill Butter. Serve Sauce over fish.
