The Lady’s Perfect Scrambled Eggs The Lady’s Perfect Scrambled Eggs

Servings: 4 servings
Prep Time: 10 min
Cook Time: 10 min
Difficulty: Easy

Ingredients Add to grocery list

1 tablespoon water
4 teaspoon sour cream
4   eggs
salt and pepper to taste


In a medium size bowl, beat eggs, sour cream, water, and salt and pepper until fluffy.  Using a nonstick frying pan, cook over low heat stirring occasionally until you reach desired consistency. 

Serve hot with country ham and biscuits.

My whole family & friends just love & tried just about all of your recipes. they are wonderful & delish. We all sure do miss your cooking shows. We all know you got a raw deal. These people think they are perfect, but they certainly are not perfect.We wish these so called people had more love in their hearts and get you back on the tv. with your own show again. We all just love you & your family.

My best tip for fluffy scrambled eggs is to use about 1 Tablespoon of water per egg and add just a pinch of baking powder per egg. Beat combine then cook to desired doneness in a non-stick -or cast iron-pan.

I made the scrambled eggs for my birthday breakfast. I have never thought of putting sour cream in scrambled eggs but it is delicious. They were creamy and flavorful and a great way to jazz up plain ole eggs. Thanks Paula
