12 large eggs
6 tablespoons reduced-calorie mayonnaise
11/2 tablespoons sweet pickle relish
2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
1/4 – 1/2 teaspoon Paula Deen Paprika Spice Blend
Chopped pimentos, optional

Stir in the mayonnaise, relish, mustard, and spice blend until well mixed. Spoon the mixture into the egg white halves. I tuned into Paula's show on Food Network by accident while being bedridden after a foot operation and enjoyed it immensely, so much so that I watched it every day since then. Please get Food Network to bring the show to South Africa, all my friends and family enjoys her shows and we would all love to attend a live show. Even my husband became a fan despite not being into cooking, he just enjoy eating it!!
