Pie filling:
1 (10-ounce) package fresh or frozen blackberries
3 tablespoons blackberry jam
1 (9-inch) store-bought graham cracker pie crust or Paula’s Pie Crust, recipe follows
1 (8-ounce) tub whipped topping
Pie Crust:
1 3/4 cups graham cracker crumbs
1/4 cup sugar
5 tablespoons butter, melted
For the filling:
Put the blackberries in a bowl and mash them with a fork until broken up. Add the jam and mix until combined.
For the pie:
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
In a medium bowl, combine cracker crumbs and sugar. Add the butter and stir until combined. Press the crust into the bottom and up the sides of a 9-inch deep-dish pie plate. Bake for 7 to 8 minutes. Cool completely before filling.
Spoon the blackberry mixture into the crust. Top with the whipped topping and serve.

Easy I saw on tv but missed the smash the berries up step so I have whole berry pie. Made sugar free topping from heavy cream and used the sugar free jam as well. Taste super yummy.

I just learned that my diabetes has gotten worst but not to the extend of shots.i really need some good desserts recipes that are sugar free. Paula I know you understand because you are having to adjust.i need recipes that don't cost a fortune to make.i came to your restaurant and I loved it,I admired you so much especially more than anything the relationship and love you have with your sons.i have three sons and we have and had that relationship.i lost my oldest one to a car wreck...he was 20 yrs old at the time.this is the 20 yr mark and I have notice since his death I have had so many health problems and now I am a diabetic...anyway I would appreciate some sugar free dessert..I have look for some of your food products and they don't have them around here.i hope you a Bless day and I think you look great.

I made Paula's 10 min blackberry pie but instead I used fresh raspberries and raspberry jam. I also saved some additional time and use the graham cracker pie tarts. (individual servings) Everyone enjoyed them. Thanks Paula quick and delicious dessert.

A great summer recipe that I might even make for Thanksgiving. I used fresh blueberries (mashed) and chopped peaches mixed with the blackberry jam. Doesn't taste like it's quick and easy.
