Didn't have pineapple the last time I made it so I used pears. It still turned out great.

Paula and Sons, Love to watch your show. After working all day, sitting down to relax and watch you weave your kitchen magic renews me. It's like I've known you all my life and I am part of the family. Love to try your recipes out on family and friends and best of all I love eating it. Country cooking is how I was raised and somehow you bring me full circle to some of my best childhood memories of holiday meals with family and Mom's homecooked meals around the table in the evening. I admire your can do spirit and being a proud Mom of a son I adore, I can so relate to your love and affection for your sons. Thank you so much for all the great recipes, good food and allowing me to share in your art of cooking.

These recipes don't scratch our itch for football season. We go to ARMY games at West Point, New York and kick off is at NOON! What are some good morning tailgate foods that I can use? In the past we have stopped at Duncan Donuts and Mickey D's for food, but I would love to be able to take something different just once! HELP!!! PLEASE!!! First home game at ARMY is next weekend!!!

This recipe is great! It is now one of my daughters favorite. The only thing I did different is used 1 cup of brown sugar instead of the molasses (I didn't have the molasses). I tried it the next time with the molasses and it was good but everyone like it better with brown sugar.

This is the only baked bean recipe I use now -- so delicious. I have yet to fix it and not get asked for the recipe. I don't like it with the French fried onions in it so omit those -- it has enough going on without them, I think.

I have made these twice now, and each time, I get rave reviews. Everyone loves them (the pineapple is the trick). Great Recipe!

The beans were amazing! We used a jalapeno bacon. It was a great balance of sweet and savory. I would make these again in a heartbeat!

Love, love, love it. The first time I made it(of course I never wrote the recipe down) my husband told me this was the best he had ever had. So I made it again last week but since I did not write it down I forgot the BBQ sauce. I thoght it was still good but my husband asked what I left out I said nothing-So then he said what had I put in it so I told him and he said you forgot the BBQ sauce. So here I am looking for the recipe and sure enough it does have BBQ sauce. We are hooked!
