I made this cake today and it was outstanding! I did add a little more cinnamon. I also melted a stick of butter using 1/2 in the batter and the other 1/2 mixed with the pecans, cinnamon, and sugar. Absolutely out of this world delicious!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Made this the other day and it was a big hit. Bought some fresh cinnamon from the Indian Market and put that in my spice coffee grinder - used only for spices. The cinnamon was so fabulous in this cake. Simple too. Did add some extra fresh cinnamon in the spice cake mix. Will do again. smile Cheryl in Whittier California

I made this cake last night it was delish!! Would definitely make again. It cooked to perfection in 50 minutes and was so moist inside. I am making two of them this weekend!

Hey Patsy! This cake would work well in individual bundt pans. As the size of bundt pans vary, I can't say how many it will make with your pan size. I would guess 4-6. Cooking time will decrease of course. Same temp., but check after 30 minutes. Libbie Summers, Paula Deen Food Editor

I love this and want to make it in small bunt pans. How many pans would I use and should I cook them the same amount of time. Thanks, Patsy ps_hoard@mac.com

I made this cake for my family and they absolutely LOVED it! I thought I'd be able to have a second piece but they devoured it. I followed the recipe but instead of pecans I used walnuts and I added some sweetened apple pie filling over the the top of the cake.
