Made two huge pans of these beans for a family reunion this past weekend. Awesome and everyone loved them. Will be making this again for my own enjoyment. Thank you. Mwolf

Very good baked beans, but it seemed like a lot of bacon, mustard, and onion, for just one can of beans, so I used two cans of pork and beans. I also substituted molasses for the maple syrup. Turned out great; but next time I think I'll make this with three 16-ounce cans of beans, which I believe will hit just about perfection.

Excellent - Canned pork and beans are taken to a higher level with this great, quick and easy recipe. I buy Bush's baked beans with brown sugar and bacon and follow the recipe minus the syrup. GOOD STUFF! Semi-homemade the way it SHOULD be.

I followed the recipes to the tee for a seven lb mix. However I did add 2 tablespoons of liquid smoke to enhance the aroma. Please use only 100% real maple syrup to layer the flavors. Here is a true winner since I'm a picky bean eater. From a excellent cook in PA.. Thank you Paula
