6 cups cubed (1-inch) Yukon gold potatoes
3 1/2 cups panko, divided
1 large egg, lightly beaten
1/2 cup shredded Cheddar
1/2 cup cooked and crumbled bacon
1/2 cup chopped green onion

These were really good and they go with so many different meal choices. My dinner guests couldn't stop eating them. They are a great base for you to be creative and create your own dish on.

Words cannot describe how good these are. It is your favorite baked potato fully loaded... then fried. So good the only thing is that the do fall apart while flipping, but that is probably my error.AMAZING!!!!!
