Ingredients Add to grocery list

Parsley to taste
2   large cucumbers, sliced
2   large white onions, sliced
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

Arrange white onion slices on a platter with cucumbers in the center.  Salt and pepper to taste.  Serve with white vinegar on the side. Always on a southern dinner table in the summer.

WHEN I RESIDED IN ARKANSAS MY MOM USE TO DO A SIDE DISH FOR MY BROTHER, SLICED CUKES AND ONIONS IN A CANNING JAR AND WINEGER SALT . SHE LEFT IT IN FRIDEG AND HE GOT INTO IT WHENEVER. I CAN STILL TASTE IT. BUT I LIKE YOUR WAY ALSO, I MIGHT ADD A FEW CHERRY TOMATOES. I CAN;T WAIT FOR MARKERT FROOD STANDS TO OPEN SINCE WE LIVE IN A CONDO AND SOME THINGS I JUST CAN;T PLANT IN CONTAINERS. MY MOUTH WATERS JUST THINING ABOUT TOMATOES AND SUCH. want to know if you have a sol. to potato chip crumbs. my family always eat the big ones, and then at the bottom of the bag are all these crumbs. I feel like I'm wasting alot. thank you.
