My mom is Diabetic. It's concerning because she doesn't know what to eat so I came to Paula Deems website to help me get my mother feeling better. That's when I came across this simple recipe. This is what we're eating tomorrow. Paired with some green vegetables. Thx Mrs. Deen

I have a really serious question! Is there anything that Paula doesn't touch or cook that doesn't turn to gold?? This dish was UNBELIEVABLE. I partnered it with tomatoes from my garden and Ree Drummond's spinach salad. I then served it with a Riesling. Simple and Fantastic!! I have to say that I used it with 3 tilapia fillets. I had messaged Paula on Pinterest asking her if I could make that switch and she didn't respond like she normally does. It was fine though..the switch went well. I can't wait to do this for my food blog! Paula's recipes are always such a big hit and I know this one will sky rocket!!
