This dish was wonderful. I watched Paula make it one day and then tried it myself and it was pure heaven! My husband loves it and would have me make salmon this way every time...but I don't! But I do make it quite often.

Great recipe! I work as a nurse and this episode happen to be on tv in a pt room. We (the pt and I) watched most of the episode while I did a dressing change. Later that week I made it for my NOW boyfriend and he loved it!! Then I made another, smaller portion, and brought it to my pt. She and I are both Paula fans so it was a nice treat for both of us =). Thanks Paula u rock!!!
