Sautéed Mushrooms

Ingredients Add to grocery list

12 oz mushrooms (cleaned and quartered)
Paula Deen House Seasoning
1 medium onion (sliced)
2 tbsp olive oil
½ cup sherry
1 cup beef or chicken stock
2 tbsp Paula Deen Garden Herb Butter


Heat sauté pan with olive oil, sauté onions until golden add mushrooms. Season with Paula Deen House Seasoning, cook for 1-2 minutes. Deglaze pan with sherry and add stock. Reduce by 2/3 and melt in Paula Deen Garden Herb butter. Serve.
