This is a WONDERFUL recipe. I get comments every time I make it. In fact, our church has been using it for our annual Men's Retreat. Don't let the cranberries scare you... Just enough sweetness.

Loved it the first time I tasted the coleslaw. Everyone I have served it to has to have the recipe. My boss is addicted to it. This one is definitely a winner. smile

What a wonderful, different combination of flavors. We LOVED it. It's also great the next day. And lighter than those slaws that are slathered with dressing. NICE.
