Pretzel Peanut Bark Pretzel Peanut Bark Recipe Courtesy of

A salty and sweet treat!

Servings: 8 cups servings
Prep Time: 3 hours 10 min
Cook Time: 5 min
Difficulty: Easy

Ingredients Add to grocery list

3 cup skinny pretzel sticks, broken into small pieces but not crushed, then measured
18   (1-ounce each) squares white chocolate
2 cup dry salted peanuts

Line a rimmed cookie sheet with parchment or waxed paper.

Melt the chocolate in a double boiler over simmering water until smooth, or melt in the microwave in a 2 quart glass dish. Microwave on high (100 %) for 1 minute, stir, and microwave on high for 1 minute more. If necessary, microwave on high for 10 seconds more, and stir until the chocolate is melted and smooth. Stir in the pretzel pieces and peanuts. Stir well with a flexible spatula.

Spoon onto the prepared cookie sheet, spreading the mixture out so that ingredients are relatively evenly distributed.

Allow for the chocolate to cool for several hours or refrigerate for about 45 minutes, until firm. Break the bark into irregular pieces, like peanut brittle. Store in cookie tins, or package in Chinese food take-out cartoons lined with waxed paper.

Thank you for the name of this recipe. I have been making it a few months, now. It was given to me by a women from my therapy class. My family loves it and I have given it to many friends. I sent some to my son's job for the school staff and they all wanted the recipe, but I had no measurement. They raved about it, but I didn't have a name for it. I will send your recipe to them as soon as possible. Thank you, Paula

This is wonderful! Both of my girls love it. On a couple of occasions, I cut back on the peanuts and added some dried cranberries. I couldn't tell you the exact measurements, because we just did it to our tastes. Very good!!!
