I have made this candy, but use the Wilton brand candy melts. They come in several flavors. Also, I purchased the candy melt pot at Wal-Mart, only $20.00 and works extremely well. I use the candy melts for other candies also, turltes, maple rounds, etc.

oh so easy...bought white choc chips cause couldn't find white chocolate bar day I shopped. Don't have a double boiler so melted in microwave (was a little concerned cause I read online that the chips were coated with something to keep them intact in cookies). No problem at all, melted in 2 minutes or less. Thanks, Paula!

Yummy and oh sooooo easy. bought white chocolate chips cause couldn't find the white chocolate bars. After searching on internet was afraid to use them. Said hard to melt cause coated with something to keep them intact in cookies. Well, I don't have a double boiler and used microwave. Poured all three packages in glass bowl, and stirred couple times. All were melted in about 2 minutes or less. Was soooo easy. Enjoy!! Thanks, Paula!!
