Peachy Ginger Smoothie

Peachy Ginger Smoothie Peachy Ginger Smoothie Recipe Courtesy of


Servings: Makes 2 smoothies
Difficulty: Easy

Ingredients Add to grocery list

1 cup cold water
1 cup frozen peach slices
½ cup frozen strawberries
½ inch piece ginger
Juice of 1 lime

Directions

Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth, about 1 full minute. Add a little water if you need to loosen it up.

paula, i have recently decided to start getting serious about my health, you have been a big inspiration to me.You are looking great!!! but your have always been a beautiful person because "Beauty" comes from the inside out.Yes you have had to deal with alot of negative lately but what do you do,you take it in stride and say I'm gonna show them all, and you are. paula i have been trying to loose it for 2 years it takes time to get it off . i grilled went i had one the x husband would'nt let me have it and he dont cook. now i can buy one cause i don't have the money to buy one wish i did.bake or slow cooker i never fry anymore. any i used the kroger's brand cooking spray thats the only thing i used it olive oil spray. keep it up girl your get there i am slow but sure.

Dear Paula Congratulations on your weight loss!! You look 20 years younger. I am a 72 year old gal, and my husband and I are dancers (our hobby) and it keeps us in shape, but I love to cook and battle weight ALL THE TIME. You have inspired me and I am going to TRY LIKE HECK to be able to write again in a couple of months with news of a weight loss.
