My husband and I eat the Papa Bear Oatmeal almost every morning. I use a mixture of frozen fruits instead of just strawberries. I also put about a Tbsp. of walnuts on top of each. I use 1% milk instead of heavy cream, and don't add the honey, just to cut calories. Delicious and very filling. I am a huge PB fan and couldn't wait to make the muffins. I was not thrilled, ended up throwing most of them in the garbage. One of the few recipes of Paula's that I didn't care for.

I saw Paula getting ready to cook this up when I had to leave the room. I had to look up the recipe and try it out. I can't wait! I did get to see the PB&J muffins. We're having those tomorrow for breakfast with this oatmeal. I love you, Paula!
