Neely’s BBQ Baked Potato

Ingredients Add to grocery list

1   large baked potato
1/2 lb grilled turkey, pulled pork, or BBQ ribs
1   bottle Neely’s BBQ sauce
1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese
Sour cream

Directions

Split and scoop out potato. Add your choice of meat to baked potato. Add BBQ sauce and cheese, and bake once more. Sour cream and cheese to taste.
