Mrs Dean. I have I.C. very bad. Where the lining of bladder is gone. In trying to get better I cannot have anything that has caffeine msg citric acid anything with vinegar. I have tried to make homemade mayonnaise without vinegar or lemon juice. It's somewhat ok. Do you know of a way I can have mayonnaise without vinegar or lemon juice. Thanks for your help. It would be nice to eat a hamburger or salad that had something on it that would not be dry
