Paula, I have made the Mama’s Quicker Fudge Frosting and placed it in the referigerator. We are serving cup cakes at the wedding on Saturday and need to get made up and frosted in advance. What do you suggest after the frosting is cold to bring it back to a consistancy for frosting? Also, Will this frosting keep until the cup cakes are served on Saturday. We are also looking for a white frosting that will keep from Wednesday until Saturday. Any suggestions? The wedding is at a local lake and there has already been 176 rsvp's. This is their second wedding. Everything is being made by the family. I would greatly appreciate if you would respond.
