How long in the water bath?
By Nancy Dulworth on March 31, 2011
I make peach jam every summer and I thought this would be wonderful also, but, I think the ingredients and the number of pints made is way off….I don’t believe that 24 peaches cooked down can produce 30 pints…maybe 1/2 pints. I also looked at Sweet Georgia Peach Honey and it’s more apt to be correct than this recipe.
