Ingredients Add to grocery list

1 (16-ounce) bag coleslaw mix
1/2 cup plus 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
1/2 cup golden raisins
1/2 cup thinly sliced scallions, white and light green parts
1 lemon, finely zested
1 teaspoon freshly squeezed lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon salt
3/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

Directions

In a large bowl, combine the coleslaw mix, mayonnaise, raisins, scallions, lemon zest, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Toss well before serving.

On tv.....you say Mayonnaise.....yet I seen Miracle Whip Jar....so do you use miracle whip in place of Mayonnaise.....

I made this recipe for a memorial gathering a while back -- I will definately make again -- everybody loved it. I doubled the recipe so as to have enough.

We at dinner at Paula Deen's Kitchen in Cherokee, Ga. at Harrah's Casino Friday June 10 and the prime rib buffett was fabulous!!!!! We really enjoyed the coleslaw. We have never had such delicious slaw. I was wondering which recipe that is? If possible would you mind letting me know which one it is. Thank you so much. We rated the resaurant 5 and will be back again. Karen Christian
