I have wanted to make homemade spaghetti with a homemade sauce instead of using sauce out a jar for years. IF YOU are willing to put in the time YOU WILL NOT REGRET IT!! I HAVE MADE this twice and it IS AMAZING!!! I would like to share with you the spaghetti I use: "POZZA'S PASTA" you can buy it at HARPS or if there isn't a HARPS in your area look for the store that carries it in your area online. I would also recommend Johnsonville sausage mild if you are like us and want Itallian sausage with out the spice. We are also Christians who don't believe in drinking so.. for the wine that it calls for I substituted HOLLAND HOUSE RED COOKING WINE you can find it where the steak sauces are. My family and I are grateful to MRS. PAULA DEEN for sharing her recipe with us.. we will NEVER GO OUT to EAT FOR SPAGHETTI AGAIN!! THANK YOU PAULA!!! LOVE YOU!!!
