I really love your Peanut Butter fudge recipe using Velveeta Cheese--it is the best peanut butter fudge I have ever made....and I like a good piece of peanut butter fudge! (could do without the calories--BUT I loved this fudge...it was easy...and scrumptious!!!) I used Skippy Super Chunk Peanut butter and placed it in a 8" square pan...the fudge was thick...just the right softness....and gobbled down quickly by us all!!! I am glad I used this recipe instead of the other ones I found while searching my favorite recipe sites....Thank you for sharing it with us!!!!
