Hot Buffalo Wings Hot Buffalo Wings

Ingredients Add to grocery list

1 cup Paula Deen Hot Sauce
oil for frying
12   chicken wings, disjointed
1/2 cup butter

Creamy Roquefort dip:
1/2 cup Roquefort cheese, crumbled
1 3-ounce package cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon wine vinegar
1/2 cup sour cream





Using a fryer or a large pot, heat oil to 350 degrees.  Deep fry the wings until golden and crispy, approximately 10 minutes.

In a medium size bowl, cream the Roquefort and cream cheese until smooth.  Mix in the remaining ingredients and blend well.  Chill for 2 hours.

In a separate bowl, melt the butter, add the hot sauce and heat thoroughly.  Immediately toss hot wings into sauce.  Place wings on a platter and serve with creamy Roquefort dip.

Yield:  4 to 6 servings
Preparation time:  15 minutes
Cooking time:  10 minutes

Hi ms.Deen i had recently purchased some of your hot hot wimg sauce at a big lot store loved it. its very good and hot i like hot would like to know where i could purchase it at big lot does not carry it anymore im trying to find it on your site but cant pls help me locate this sauce by web or store in detroit mi. thank you sincerely lookin for hot hot wing sauce

I really love your Peanut Butter fudge recipe using Velveeta Cheese--it is the best peanut butter fudge I have ever made....and I like a good piece of peanut butter fudge! (could do without the calories--BUT I loved this was easy...and scrumptious!!!) I used Skippy Super Chunk Peanut butter and placed it in a 8" square pan...the fudge was thick...just the right softness....and gobbled down quickly by us all!!! I am glad I used this recipe instead of the other ones I found while searching my favorite recipe sites....Thank you for sharing it with us!!!!
