Ingredients Add to grocery list

3 cups low fat milk
3 large eggs plus 3 egg whites
1/3 cup stevia baking blend (Preferred brand: Truvia)
1 tablespoons pure vanilla extract
2 teaspoons cinnamon
1 (22 ounce) loaf Italian bread
1 cup chopped pecans
½ cup golden raisins
Sugar free caramel sauce and sugar free whipped topping, for serving





Heat oven to 350 degrees.

Beat the milk, eggs, egg whites, stevia, vanilla, and cinnamon together in a medium bowl.

Add bread, pecans, and raisins to a 1 ½ quart baking dish. Pour milk mixture over the bread. Press the bread down with your hands, cover with plastic wrap, and refrigerate for 1 hour. Bake for 50 minutes, or until golden and puffed.

Paula Deen you've always been one of my favorite on the cooking network.I really think your thegreatest ,your so down home,it's like being in the kitchen with my grandmom she just always had a big smile n always happy made everyone feel welcome and that's what you do ,it's an honor being Abel to let you know.and your bread pudding Was the best. I'm Puerto Rican and we have a very similar desert thank you.
