Ginger Dusted Sautéed Salmon with Sweet Citrus Sauce

Ingredients Add to grocery list

6 oz Salmon filet
1 ½ tsp powdered ginger
¼ tsp Paula Deen House Blend Spices
2 tbsp olive oil
¼ cup sherry
3 oz shrimp stock
¼ cup heavy cream
¼ cup white wine
¼ lemons
3 tbsp Paula Deen Sweet Citrus Butter

Directions

Clean salmon filet, pat dry dust with powdered ginger then lightly dust with Paula Deen Spices. Heat skillet and add olive oil. Sauté for 2 minutes on each side- place in oven at 250 degrees to keep warm. Degrease sauce pan then deglaze with white wine, add heavy cream reduce by half then add shrimp stock and bring to a boil. Add juice of ¼ lemon then melt in Paula Deen sweet citrus butter. Serve sauce over fish.
