Fried Sweet Potato Chips

Vegetable oil, for frying
2 large sweet potatoes, washed
Paula Deen’s House Seasoning





In a large sauce pan, heat oil to 350 degrees F.

Thinly slice potatoes into round disks, about 1/4-inch thick. Fry for 1 1/2 to 3 minutes, stirring frequently. Remove from oil and drain on a paper towel. Sprinkle with House Seasoning or sugar, to taste.

The fried sweet potatoe chips, are a light delightful snack, simply delicious, with a hint of nut-meg and cinnimon-sugar sprinkled over them. Me and my clan, just love them.
