Paula, I would love anything in the worlld that you cooked. I tend to love the same things i've seen you cook and i love the way you cook it. Any of your sweets and especially seafood. I watched you cook some of the most amazing Crab-cakes one time that I thought i'd die just looking at them.

I have made this numerous times but it wasn't sweet enough. I use 2 cans of cond milk. I also use 1/2 milk & 1/2 water, 3 Cups of Water & 3 cups of milk. We thought it tasted much better this way.

I'm used to the sickly sweet hot coco packets we have up here, so I was assuming that with the sweetened condensed milk, that it would be the same. But it's not. It is very distinct in it's coco flavouring with very little sweetness to it. It's something to get used to but I like it! I hope HTB will like it when he wakes too.

I've been searching for a good homemade hot chocolate recipe ever since the weather became colder. Nothing has been worth it so far, then today in my inbox I received your news letter with hot drinks. We tried it this evening and this recipe hit the nail on the head! It was just what I was looking for, and it makes enough for my family of six! Thanks for another wonderful recipe Paula!
