Don't know what the cream is for. You mix one pound crab meat. 2 dozen saltines. tablespoon worchestire sauce. One table spoon mustard. One tablespoon mayonnaise. One egg. Crush crackers and mix together. Fry for about 5 minutes on each side. You will want to use this recipe. Paula has to add butter and cream why?

Hi Paula. I want to use your crab ball recipe as an appitizer for a dinner I'm hosting for the elderly members of our congregation. The problem is, I don't know where I can get your seasonings in Baton Rouge. Please let me know how I can get these. I always watch your shows and have used a lot of your recipes. I just hosted a housewarming for my daughter and almost all the appitizers and desserts were your recipes. They were all a big hit. Can't wait until I have the opportunity to eat at one of your restaurants. Much Love

Enjoy Paula's show and her seafood recipes. Originally from Maryland, we love our crabs and are doing a blue crab decor in the kitchen. Paula's dishes with the red crab used in recently aired programs are perfect for all the seafood we enjoy -- where can we purchase them? The Grants 8/12/2011
