Hello, One of the best things that has happened lately is your show on the food network. After seeing it one day, I hopped on line and found your site. My husband and I are nearing our 70's and found trying to think of something different to have for dinner was becoming a chore. I have found so many new recipes that dinner is now a treat. I find that most things are also easy to find and work well with our limited budget. Thank you, Gale in Salem Oregon

Planning to make this dish tonight! Looking forward to it, especially after reading reviews of how to "kick it up" some =) maybe adding the chilis and pepper jack cheese as well...will see To 'Shay' below...ha ha that's a little funny right [touche] ok sorry...it IS corn after all, its going to need a little help - taste it as you go and adjust to get the final product you are more expecting.

This dish was awful. It was very very bland. I made it on Thanksgiving and I am sorry that I did. Most cooks like to show off their cooking skills during the holidays. Nobody at my house said it was good.

I used the corn casserole as a dip for a christmas party. I served it warm, each guest could top it off with sour cream and salsa. It was a hit. I made two pan, and it was still not enough. Thanks for another "Keeper"

I have been making this for years. Being from the southwest, we add a can of diced green chilies to it. It really gives it a fantastic flavor, without too much heat. I have used a white cheese mixtures as well. Yum!

I love love loved this. I made it at Thanksgiving and am making it again for Christmas dinner. I also added 2 beaten eggs. My intuition just told me that it 'needed it' I don't know what it's like without the eggs, but it's fluffy almost like a corn fritter this way. YUM YUM YUM

I make this dish every holiday season except my recipe doesn't call for cheese... I think I'll try it with cheese for our Christmas dinner... Sounds yummy!!!

This recipe was such a HIT at our Thanksgiving dinner! Everyone was simply raving over it. My brother, who is quite the picky eater, went back for seconds and couldn't get over how good it was. It was so easy, too! Thanks, Paula!

I LOVE LOVE LOVE this recipe! I Do double mine and put it in the same dish, just as long as your dish is big enough. It makes for really thick casserole, it is great!!
By Kristen on November 25, 2011
I tried doubling a similar recipe once....I won't do it again in the same dish...took too long to cook! I'm making a double batch tonight for tomorrow and will heat up. This dish keeps fine overnight! Enjoy! Best Thanksgiving dish ever!
