Cioppino Garlic Crostini

Ingredients Add to grocery list

1 small loaf French bread, sliced into 1/2-inch slices
4 tablespoons olive oil
Kosher salt and ground black pepper
1 garlic clove, smashed

Directions

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.

Place bread slices on a baking sheet. Rub smashed garlic clove over each side.

Brush the slices with olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Bake for 10 minutes or until golden and toasted.

Thank you paula for this recipie, it goes wonderfully with the spagetti casserole. My kids cant get enough of this garic bread.
