Dear Paula, I just love watching your show. I always try new things to cook but for one person it is kinda hard any tips? I would love to come and see you but don't know when I would ever get to Georgia. I am a caregiver and I have 1 full time job and 2 part time jobs another being a sitter at our local hospital. I love what I do. When I was younger I was a teen volunteer at out local hospital in Illinois. I guess that I get that from my gramma and my aunt. They both worked in the same hospital that I worked at. I think that I always wanted to be a nurse. With my job it is like a nurse only we don't give injections but we do administer their meds. I have clients ranging from 25 to 69. The oldest client that I use to have she will be 105 years young this year. Once in a while I surprise her and meet her at church and then I take her home and we have a really nice visit. She still lives by herself in the country. She is as smart as a tac still. I need to find some fast dishes for 2 of my clients any suggestions? Thank you so much Paula! Letitia Emery
