Ingredients Add to grocery list

1   6-ounce package very fine egg noodles, cooked
1 cup cottage cheese
1 cup sour cream
1/2   grated onion
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1/2-3/4 teaspoon garlic salt
1 cup Parmesan cheese

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Mix together cottage cheese, sour cream, grated onion, Worcestershire sauce, and garlic salt. Add noodles and place in greased casserole.  Sprinkle top with grated Parmesan cheese.  Bake for 45 minutes.

my mom would make cottage cheese with noodles.cooked noodles drain then add butter and cottage cheese.have you ever made it this way?

This was a great side dish. The grated parmesan cheese that I purchased came in a package with 1 - 1/4 cups of cheese. I added the extra 1/4 cup into the mixture prior to spreading the 1 cup on top. YUM!
