Man, I saw this recipe on TV this week and thought it would be great for a BBQ Saturday. Very easy to make and delicious. No intense cheese flavor like another reviewer said. Looking forward to experimenting with other flavors! smile

This is superb! My husband and I are diabetic and this light, delicious and refreshing dessert is a wonderful addition to our menu. Thank you so much for sharing! It's so easy to make is very pretty, too. I'm going to try a peach one next and very soon!:)FYI: One pie is 3/4 c. cottage cheese and 1/2 cup hot & cold water for 1 box, then the regular recipe for the 2nd box.
