Bubba’s Beer Biscuits

Servings: 12 to 16 biscuits
Prep Time: 5 min
Cook Time: 20 min
Difficulty: Easy

Ingredients Add to grocery list

4 cup Bisquick
1/4 to 1/2 cup sugar
1   12-ounce can of beer
2 tablespoon butter, melted

Directions

Preheat oven to 400 degrees.  Mix all ingredients well, adjusting the sugar according to how sweet a biscuit you prefer.  Pour into well-greased muffin tins.  Bake for 15 to 20 minutes.  Serve with honey butter.

I've been making a similar recipe for years. I've never added the butter, and have made them with the Heart Smart Bisquick version. Great favorite with guests & family.

I am having trouble locating your Southern-Style Buttery Beer Bread. I have tried Big Lots and they informed me they don't get it any more. I called your distiributor in MI and had no luck. Last fall, I acquired 36 box of the break and took with me south to Savannah and had 6 boxes left to bring back to Vermont.
