Brandied Steakside Mushrooms

Ingredients Add to grocery list

3 pounds fresh mushrooms, sliced lengthwise
8 tablespoons butter
Paula Deen Silly Salt
1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
1/2 cup brandy

Directions

In a large skillet, saute the sliced mushrooms in the butter until brown. Sprinkle liberally with seasoning salt. Add Worcestershire sauce and simmer until almost all sauce is absorbed by the mushrooms. Add the brandy and continue to simmer until mushrooms are tender.

Serve with steak or roast beef.

i seen your shop about the lady and son where with every meal you also give them,what look like pancake but thats not what you called them what was the name of they i can see them on the website at the top of page

Saw Paula make this on tv several years ago and I have been making it ever since. It is absolutely wonderful! My family loves it so much that it has become a part of our traditional Christmas beef tenderloin dinner.
