2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
1 teaspoon packed dark brown sugar
1 tablespoon bourbon
2 (1 pound) center-cut bone-in pork chops, 1 1/2 inches thick
1 clove garlic, minced
The Lady’s House Seasoning, as needed, recipe follows
The Lady’s House Seasoning:
1 cup salt
1/4 cup black pepper
1/4 cup garlic powder
Prepare a medium-hot grill.
In a bowl, mix together the mustard, brown sugar, and bourbon. Rub the pork chops with the garlic and house seasoning, then brush with half the glaze.
Place the chops on the grill. Grill until the chops are slightly charred and cooked, about 20 minutes. Brush with the remaining glaze before serving.
The Lady’s House Seasoning:
Mix the ingredients together and store in an airtight container for up to 6 months.

i just bottle of Paula Deens sweet bourbon glaze at the store no idea how to use it like a barbcue sauce i went to her web site no receipes for it either not even on the bottle some help?

I also like this glaze and also found it at Walmart and like the lady above said they no longer carry it. I checked all of our local grocery stores and none of them carry it. I guess a call to customer service is in order. Such a shame. I just used the last of what I had mixing it with some apricot jam and soy sauce for a glaze on chicken, really tasty

We really like Paula's Sweet Bourbon Glaze. We used to buy it at Walmart but they stopped carrying it. I talked to the manager and he said he would look into it but it never showed up on their shelves again. Where can I buy it? I would even consider buying it over the internet. Please help.
