Ingredients Add to grocery list

2 cups light vanilla ice cream, softened
1 cup fat-free milk
1/4 cup fat-free half-and-half
2 teaspoons sugar-free vanilla syrup
1/8 teaspoon ground nutmeg





Combine the ice cream, milk, half-and-half, syrup, and nutmeg in a blender; blend until smooth. Serve immediately.

Hi Paula love you seen you on doctor oz show your fantastic, wish I could affor your cook books make over versions as I watch what I eat and wha to feed my family. Love your emails with recipes as I copy them and put them in my own Paula and sons recipes booklet. Soo keep up the great work. I love watching your mom with you guys. Thank you for making lighter changes to your moms recipes. I have made a few of her recipes & they all turned out great, but I need some lighter versions thanks

Love the shake, I make one and use fat free chocolate frozen yogurt instead of the ice cream and add the hazelnut favored splenda.
