I have been making this dip for years. I mix everything together and use a bottle of Real Bacon Bite's.I make it a day ahead and leave it in the fridge until I go to serve it. My crowd likes it served on TownHouse crackers.I use the lettuce to line the bowl but that is optinal. You can just call it Bacon and Tomatoe Dip. This is easy and good.

I have been making this dip for several years and it is always a big hit. One thing I do different is to seed my tomatoes before I chop them and add them to the mix. Before I started doing this, I found that the juice from the tomatoes watered down the dip after it sat for awhile. I also serve mine on toast. I toast white sandwich bread and then cut a X into the bread to make four triangles. Yum! Yum!

My family and I love the BLT Salad! I am diabetic so I used lower fat sour cream and mayonnaise made with canola oil. We have made it four times. The last time I added a touch of fresh cilantro and it was yummy.
